Railway 200 heritage boards

For the first of our Railway 200 projects this year we have had our Heritage railway boards redesigned, rebranded and reprinted. They have been installed at all Northern's stations between Hull and Scarborough to replace our old ones which we had made for our Heritage rail trail project back in 2011.

We have used photos from the late Tony Ross's collection which is now owned by the North Eastern Railway Association. Tony was an active member of the YCCRP for many years and a well known railway photographer.

The Hull to Scarborough line has a rich history which we like to celebrate so the boards are one of our ways of telling its story.

Thanks to Jon of JE Design & Print for designing and printing these for us to our specification.
