We invite entries from people of all ages and abilities, but the following requirements must be followed:

1. The work must clearly depict the theme of the competition which is 'The Spirit of the Yorkshire Coast Line'.
2.  A maximum of three photos per entry.
3.  Digital photos must be in JPEG format ONLY (high res) and submitted by email to         officer.yccrp@hwrcc.org.uk 
4.  Please supply a brief, one-line title or caption for each photo.
5.  Any photos that show health and safety contraventions on the railway or station will be disqualified.

6. Photos may be digitally enhanced to improve composition by such as adjusting colour, removing blemishes or cropping, but we will not accept images where AI has been used.
7.  With any photo of people, you must obtain the subject’s consent for their photos to be taken and explain that the photo may be used in publicity including print, online and social media.
8.  If the photos contain a person under the age of 18 consent must be secured from their parent or guardian, either directly or via their school/college.
9.  By submitting a photo, you are confirming that you are the owner of the image and agree to it being used in our calendar, social media, website and publicity and that you have the relevant consents as described above.  We will credit the photographers. 

10. Unsuccessful entrants will not be contacted and no feedback on any entry will be provided.
