Network Rail crossing safety event

On Tuesday 10th March our volunteers supported Network Rail at their railway crossing safety awareness pop-up event at the foot crossing north of Cottingham station.

The event was about educating people on how to use foot crossings safely. People are often surprised at how quiet approaching trains are and long it takes them to stop and don't realise they are putting themselves in danger.
