LIVE TRAIN TIMES
Brough sits on the North shore of the River Humber, in the foothills of the Wolds. Ten miles to the east is the city of Kingston upon Hull, and Brough's proximity to the M62 motorway makes the village accessible, with good road as well as rail links.

The town is full of history dating back to the Roman times. It was the northern Humber ferry terminal for the major Roman road running from London to York, with many of the road names reflecting these Roman origins. This road passed through the town along where Main Street is today.
Brough also has an association to the notorious highwayman, Dick Turpin. He boarded at The Ferry Inn before being captured and arrested in 1737. You can still visit this pub today!
Brough offers something for all the family, from a game of golf at Brough Golf Club to William's Den, a fantastic indoor and outdoor adventure attraction.
